I’m truly delighted you’re here.

This space is designed just for you—a place to nurture your well-being, deepen your mindfulness practice, and connect with a supportive community.

Mindfulness has been a life-changing journey for me. Over the years, keeping up a regular practice has helped me find calm in the chaos, ease my anxiety, and handle life’s ups and downs with a steadier heart. I believe that, with gentle consistency, mindfulness can bring more peace, clarity, and resilience into your life too., and that is what The Mindful Living Membership is here to offer you.

Here’s what you’ll find on this private membership page:

  • Monthly Mindfulness Sessions: Join our live, half-hour sessions each month, via Zoom.      This is the link you will need every month, so keep this in a safe place.     https://us02web.zoom.us/j/2966912747                                                                                             I look forward to seeing you the the last Monday of each month at 8pm                               Can’t make it live? No worries—recordings will be uploaded here for you to enjoy anytime.    

  • Monthly Magazine: Each month, you have access to our Mindful Living Magazine, filled with inspiration, practical tips, and mindful living stories. You will find the link to access each months magazine here, so check in on the 1st of the month for that months magazine.

  • Meditations & Exercises: Explore a growing library of guided meditations and exercises to support your daily practice.

  • Gift (Retreat) Days: Look out for details about our special retreat days—wonderful opportunities to pause, recharge, and connect more deeply.
