Relieving your anxiety is my specialty and I can help you find ways to manage your anxiety better.

I will help you find ways to 

  • Reduce how much you worry

  • Understand your negative thoughts and how to prevent them happening

  • Think differently about the future

  • Start to look forward to social events

  • Slow down your racing heart, reduce your chest pains and other physical symptoms, and understand why these  happen

Anxiety can be caused by recent or past events and understanding why these are causing you anxiety helps you to understand how changes in your life can reduce these feelings and lead to a happier more content life for you

There is no 'one size fits all' with counselling, so I work with what is best for you and the problems you bring.

For example, CBT can provide you with strategies and tools to help manage your anxiety. 

 A talk based therapy is best if you are trying to work through a particularly difficult time in your life. ie divorce, grief etc

 I make sure we work together in a way that is most effective for you and help you find the results you are looking for.

Unlike the NHS counselling service I do not have a long waiting list, generally I can make an appointment to see you within a week.

Your introductory session is at a reduced rate of £20 allowing you to meet me and find out how we can work together.

Future sessions are then at £40 for 50 minute

To book your first session please phone, text or e-mail me and I will get back to you, usually within a couple of hours, and we can find a time that suits you and book an initial session.








If individual sessions are not affordable for you then join my support group.

Through the introduction of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy based  tools you will understand what causes  your anxiety and learn strategies to manage your anxiety long term.

You also have the support of others who are experiencing the same as you

      (Due to covid 19 this is currently on hold)







If face to face or group work is a bit scary for you you might prefer to work through things on your own.

 My online  course  focuses on easy to use tools and worksheets that help you reduce your anxiety and give you the steps to help you build your anxiety free life.
