How Counselling Can Support You
Many people come to counselling because anxiety, stress or overwhelm
have started to affect daily life.
You may be struggling with racing thoughts, physical symptoms, sleep difficulties, or just not feeling like yourself or feeling on edge for no reason.
You may be starting to feel exhausted from trying to hold it all together.
Counselling offers a calm, confidential space to slow down, understand what’s happening, and begin to feel more in control, reducing the overthinking, the uncomfortable physical feelings and leading to you feeling more able to cope with day to day life.
My Approach
I work collaboratively with you from an evidenced based practice of counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness.

What issues do I help with?
i specialise in supporting people who experience anxiety, overwhelm, stress and emotional fatigue. Most of my clients come to me when they have started to feel stuck, exhausted from constantly feeling on edge, or do not know how to carry on with things the way they are, preventing them from living the life they want to live.

In‑Person and Online Sessions
I offer counselling from my practice in Parkstone,Poole, Dorset, as well as online sessions across the UK via Zoom.
Past clients have commented how calm and comfortable my counselling room is. There is plenty of free street parking and buses stop nearby
Online therapy can be especially helpful if you prefer the comfort of your own space or have a busy schedule

Fees and Availability
Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £65. I offer daytime and evening appointments. My working days are Tuesday-Thursday and Wednesday for day/evening appointments
My introductory session is a full 50 minute session at £40 to discuss how best we can work together, if it then feels comfortable for you, we can book further sessions

How long will I have to wait for my counselling appointment?

Generally I can make an introductory appointment for you within a couple of weeks.
Depending on my work load, I can then book in your therapy sessions around a week to 4 weeks later.
Appointments are available Tuesday and Thursday 10am-4pm and Wednesday 2pm-8pm
An Introductory counselling session is at the reduced rate of £40 for 50 Mins, allowing us to meet each other and allow you to find out how we can work together. You can book directly, just press the book now or book an introductory session buttons, or get in touch to discuss availability.
If we then feel we can work together we will book further sessions, which will be at £65 for 50 Mins
Individual introductory Mindfulness sessions are at £40 for 50 mins with future sessions 50 mins for £60
Mindfulness Group classes start at £100 for the 6 week course, and all resources and materials.
The group classes are 1 hour per week
Monthly Mindful drop-in session are £5 as & when you wish to join
