That’s why I work with each person individually, I do not believe there is a one‑size‑fits‑all approach.
Together, we gently explore what’s happening for you, where these feelings may have begun, and what you need to feel calmer and more grounded.

Counselling isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about understanding yourself better, learning what your anxiety is trying to tell you, and finding ways to cope with life differently.

We all deserve to feel like we are living our 'best' life, maybe you would like to feel calmer, steadier, and more in control of your days.
Counselling can help you achieve this, at a pace that suits you.

I am not going to say it will always be easy, but you will be glad you started when your shoulders drop, your mind slows down, or you start to cope with things you hadn't been able to previously.

How long will I have to wait for my appointment?

Generally I can make an introductory appointment for you within a couple of weeks.
Depending on my work load, I can then book in your therapy sessions around a week to 4 weeks later.
Appointments are available Tuesday- Thursday 10am-4pm

An Introductory counselling session is at the reduced rate of £40 for 50 Mins, allowing us to meet each other and allow you to find out how we can work together​.
​
Future sessions will be at £60 for 50 Mins
​
Individual introductory Mindfulness sessions are at £40 for 50 mins with future sessions 50 mins for £60
Mindfulness Group classes start at £100 for the 8 week course, and all resources and materials.
The group classes are 1.5 hours per week
Monthly Mindful drop-in session are £5 as & when you wish to join
