Deciding to start counselling can be a difficult decision to make, especially if you have never had counselling before. This introductory session is to help you understand more about me and how counselling works. We get to meet each other, you can ask all the questions you have and I can find out more about you. If we both feel we can work together then we book in further sessions. Finding a counsellor who you feel understands your problems and you feel comfortable with is important. This half price session helps you make the right decision before committing to further sessions Let me know when booking if you prefer a face to face or online session
